Packaging and Delivery Charges

Factory pick-up

There is a $10.00 fee to cover cost of packaging and preparation.

Products over 1750mm long will incur a freight surcharge. Freight cost to be advised may be added after the order has been placed

Auckland Region

The shipping cost is based on the value of the order and the size of the product (small, medium or large).

The packaging and shipping charges ranges from $18.50 for low value, small items up to $64.40 for high value large items. These charges include GST.

North Island (excluding Auckland Region)

The shipping cost is based on the value of the order and the size of the product (small, medium or large).

The packaging and shipping charges ranges from $23 for low value, small items up to $69.00 for high value large items. These charges include GST.

South Island

The shipping cost is based on the value of the order and the size of the product (small, medium or large).

The packaging and shipping charges ranges from $25 for low value, small items up to $82.80 for high value large items. These charges include GST

Rural Delivery surcharge may apply

Rural Delivery:

In certain cases for our customers in a rural delivery zone, some courier companies may not be able to deliver to the nominated address because your parcel is over 1.5 metres in length. In these cases, we may contact you to arrange an alternate address in town or collect from a courier depot.

Delivery Schedule

Upon dispatch of your order, you will be emailed your consignment note number. Generally deliveries are overnight throughout the North Island and two to five working days throughout the South Island

Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon – Fri. 8.30am to 5.30pm and may require a signature upon receipt. Should there be any visible damage to your consignment please inspect carefully and write on the consignment note “received damaged”. If possible, take of photo of the damage, retain the original packaging and contact us.
